Finance

The Finance Department is responsible to the Town Manager for the sound financial management and integrity of the finance system in the administration, development, and monitoring of the operating and capital budgets. Tasks include:

  • Accounts payable
  • Debt management
  • Investments
  • Monthly reporting
  • Utility billing and collections

The Finance Department is also here to assist the public and citizen groups with information requests and to make recommendations to the Town Manager, Mayor, and Board of Commissioners on financial and budgetary policies.

Our staff will be happy to assist the public with anything from utility bill inquiries to bulk item pick-up requests. We can be reached at Town Hall at 919-542-4621, or in person Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am to 5 pm.
