March 27, 2023:

The April Planning Board meeting is cancelled. The next meeting will be on Monday, May 1, 2023.

March 24, 2023: 

There will be a Community Information Meeting at the Chatham Park Investors Office to discuss a proposed amendment to the North Village Small Area Plan. This plan serves as a guide for development in the northern portion of Chatham Park. 

This meeting was originally scheduled for Wednesday, March 29th but has been rescheduled to:

  • Date: Thursday, April 20, 2023
  • Location: 55 Grant Drive, Suite D, Pittsboro, NC 27312 (Chatham Park Office)
  • Time: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

This will be a “drop-in” meeting to give residents more flexibility to attend. The applicant will give several presentations and answer questions throughout the two-hour time block.

The proposed amendment will be posted on the Town’s website at least two weeks before the meeting for the public to view. You will be able to find the amendment materials here:

How to Find a Parcel's Zoning Designation

Use the Chatham County Land Use and Planning Viewer to look up a parcel's zoning designation. At the top left, enter your address or Parcel ID to search. The viewer will then show the parcel and its zoning designation. Chatham County maintains this system and the information reflected is not guaranteed to be accurate.
