Overview
The Chatham Park Land Use Map divides Chatham Park into multiple subsections. The Chatham Park Master Plan originally envisioned each of these sections having its own Small Area Plan (i.e., a plan designed to improve, preserve, and/or regulate a smaller portion of the overall development). For administrative efficiency, the Town of Pittsboro has required the developer to submit Small Area Plans that cover multiple sections instead of one plan per section.
